The unit is a solid piece of machinery. It feels like professional quality. I do wish it had a slower speed. I hope to not need service on the unit, but if I do I would expect the company to stand behind its product.

It had been great to finally own one of these. It makes baking a breeze with much less clean up than using hand mixers. It looks great on my countertop and the matte textured grey is super cool.
