I resisted the urge to buy one of these since I had my trusty $4 handheld mixer. After it choked recently I borrowed a friend’s and went out to buy my own immediately. It has revolutionized baking and mashing potatoes - we love it!

Kitchenaid mixers have a reputation of quality, and this mixer is everything I had hoped for. The build quality is solid - this thing is built like a tank. It makes kneading dough a snap, and I really get more consistent results with my bread now. Clean up is super easy as well. Worth every penny!

I got this for Mothers Day and I Love it ! I have been married for 45 years and this is the nicest mixer I have ever Had. I can not wait to buy some attachments. OH, the stainless steel bowl is one of the features that makes this.

Was worried it wouldn't measure up to the old ones. I had an older model for years and years. Received this one as a replacement gift. The old one still worked really well and was hard to give up. But this new one is every bit and good. And it's shiny and doesn't rock when I overload the bowl. (My old one was a handme down that's at least 40 years old now and still works.) I am delighted.
