I needed a new mixer. My old Kitchen Aid was over 20 year old and I loved it. Of course, I got another Kitchen Aid, and I have been very disappointed with it. The speeds are not right on it. The slowest speed is way too fast and slings flour all over my kitchen. Also, the mixing blade does not feel like it fits in place correctly. Overall, not anywhere near as satisfied as I was with my first one.

Love it except for the California Warning about known cancer causing chemicals, I find it hard to recommend to a friend. I had already bought and even returned the mixer for new one due to some metal shavings. The customer service was so superior that I still use the new replacement product, but with much caution due to aforementioned and that hesitancy makes it not as pleasant an experience. Would be superior if you could eliminate the cancer warning materials used in production.
