Bought this to make salsa for our food truck. Dices tomatoes and onions in a snap. Trying to shred cabbage, but the wettness cause it to gather in the secondary chute, so one has to clear it when you can hear the machine slow down. Overall, makes my food prep much easier. Have even diced sweet potatoes and rutabaga.

My goodness, this makes my meal prep so much easier. Whether it is for dinner or for the week's breakfast all chopping, dicing, cutting is much faster. I will say, however, getting the hang of properly sizing the cuts of vegetables, fruit, etc. that need to be put through takes some time. Too big and it won't fit. Too small and it'll get trapped between the blade and the lid and remain un-chopped. There's definitely a happy medium.

J’ai acheté cette article le mois dernier, je ne lai pas encore testé jusqu’à dernièrement . Il ne fonction pas du tout . Aucun mouvement , je sais pas sil est non fonctionnel ou non compatible avec mon mixer custom?.... J’essaie avoir des infos , mais jarrive pas en avoir , tant part téléphone que par email ... Pour le reste , le le trouve cool , de bonne qualité , bien pensé

I purchased the processor to get the dicer option and was pleasantly surprised by its smooth operation. The dicing was easy and quite consistent. I'm using it to speed preparation for high quality meals donated to a homeless shelter.
