Though I don't use this as much as i would like to, it has been a BLESSING to use when i am able to use it. Its super easy to clean, to adjust the different cut sizes/speeds, and to store in our cabinets. I didn't realize it came with a blade storage box till i opened it and its sooo helpful keeping everything organized. My only two complaints, which may just be user error on my part are tomatoes and the food insert hole. The one time i tried dicing tomatoes with this they became mush, again thats probably more on my part than the machine. My complaint with the insert whole is that i wish it was a bit wider. I have to cut down almost everything i put in the machine, and if i dont cut it down to the right size it gets stuck. At which point the time it takes to get it out, recut it down again, i could have just cut it all by hand. However i've only ran into this problem with harder vegetables, like potatoes. I personally dont warrant those two things big enough to take away a star though!

I truly hesitated to purchase this item. I actually called 10 minutes later after buying it to cancel my order. But thank goodness it was already in process to be shipped and I even got it 2 days before expected. The person whom I was talking with was so patient with me. Infact she went through all the reviews and said just try it when it gets there you have 30 days to return no questions asked. Well I'm again thankful that I tried it. I have a huge garden and by the time I'm through one veggie I'm on another. And all my canning requires cutting some in small cuts others in larger and I'm always exhausted from cutting and preparing. No .. not today I have cut my time in half. And my hands are not hurting. It cuts on a dime and uniformity is crazy good. Looks professionally done. Love love love this dicer.

I like having the slicers and dicer all in one. It has a small learning curve to use. I use it often and like the results. My only issue is that it is slightly awkward because of the style
