It used to take forever to pre veggies for soups and other meals. Now it take less than 5 minutes and that includes set up time. This was the attachment I had to have and I’m so glad I spent the money on it.

I've had the opportunity to use the dicing, slicing and shredding functions. I was amazed how quickly and perfectly potatos are diced. Cucumbers and onions sliced cleanly. I put sharp chedder in the freezer for about 20 minutes before shredding and was very happy with the results.
