I've always had a Kitchenaid stand mixer at home, but when traveling in our Airstream Travel Trailer I missed having it. I didn't realize they had the mini - as soon as I discovered it I ordered it and love it! It's just a petite version but I had no trouble making a cheesecake, mashed potatoes and bread with it. I hate using a hand mixer after being spoiled with my stand mixer so I'm thrilled to have it in my Airstream. I ordered it in silver to match the inside decor of the trailer. Worth every penny! I also can use my attachments like the zoodle maker with this mixer. How great is that.

With assurances that I could make bread and multiple dozens of cookies I decided a smaller, lighter mixer was a great way to go. I’m 70 and have had a KitchenAid mixer for as long as I can remember. As years go on it got a bit heavy for me to maneuver and I didn’t have counter space to store it. This Mini is adorable. Stays on the counter and shows off its silvery finish. Quiet, easy to use and mastered the peach skillet cake and bourbon whipped cream.

I absolutely love my new mixer. I vacillated between buying the regular size and the mini. I ended up buying the mini and it is the perfect size and easier to move than some of the others. I have been a terrible baker for 50 years. Now I can say that I am turning into a pretty good baker. Thanks KitchenAid!

Made a Pineapple Upside Down cake that turned out great! The beater with the scraper makes it easy to get every bit mixed. Love it!
