I bought this a month ago and I love it! I also currently have another kitchen aid artisan mixer and I use my commercial mixer for large cake size batters and even can double the recipe which saves me time. When I make swiss meringue buttercream, it requires constant mixing and this one can handle it without worrying that the machine will overheat or breakdown.
