My grandma taught me to make noodles, but even they weren't as thin, even, tasty and easy as these are. I absolutely love it and look for times to use it. Easy to maintain and simple to use. Just start with a nice stiff dough and in minutes, you'll be in business. I highly recommend the kitchenaid drying dry too. It made life easier.
