Once I got used to weighing ingredients rather than measuring, my baked goods come out perfect. I don’t need an extra bowl for sifting dry ingredients. Easy to use and easy to clean.

I reviewed the comments on the Sifter & Scale attachment before purchasing, and I agree completely: this is an attachment I didn't know I needed until I used it! There will be a bigger workout next week when I make my mom's sweet rolls and I expect they will excel then too.

This is the best thing ever I’m so glad I got it , now I don’t have to sift by hand the only thing I would fix on it is the plastic release to take it apart I broke mine and had to get a replacement which was easy to do . You should make that piece metal so it won’t break so easy.

I bought this several months ago but only used it a few weeks ago. I really like that the flour dispenses without throwing a cloud up from the beater when added to mixture.
