I've had the sifter/scale attachment for almost a year now and LOVE IT! i make many, many batches of pizza dough each month (up to 14 batches in a day). Using the sifter/scale attachment has helped a ton with my accuracy and streamlines my process. i can work on other part of dough making while it's sifting and adding flour to the bowl. I love the scale by it's self too!

In reading all the reviews on all of your products, the sifter caught my eye. Since I have developed gout due to some kidney issues, I thought this product would be ideal for me. I love to bake but was loosing interest as I had an old fashion sifter that I was finding difficult to squeeze. The sifter is just what I needed. Thank you

I thoroughly enjoy the sifter and it's control of the mess that is normally adding flour mixtures to batter. The speed of sifting and delivery into the bowl are perfect and give me complete control. I'm only sad I didn't make this purchase sooner.
