I’ve only used this once and the flour didn’t seem to want to go down the chute. I’m going to try again because this would be great if I can get it to work correctly.

Slow and Tends to Clog

The scale is nice but overall the attachment is clunky and awkward. When trying to use the sift function it clogged multiple times. I think this was due to the flour being cool vs. room temperature but created a mess regardless.

I have made many batches of buttercream icing and always hated having to add the powder sugar a little at a time and making such a mess. With sifter and scale attachment it measures it for me and adds it making my life easier.

Overall the sift and scale work great. However, I do have a couple improvements that would make it a 5 star attachment. First, a larger reservoir to hold flour. And second, the softer should operate a bit faster. I do like the reduced mess when using this attachment though!
