I bought this at QVC and was excited when the kitchenaid rep was demonstrating this product. I got it out this week to Shred Zuchini and the plastic tube on top came right off in my hand. I am very disappointed in this product. NOT worth the money!!!!!

The whole thing has fallen apart after moderate use. First then top detached after going through the dishwasher. Now the attachments won't stay in the compartment, lever is broken. Totally useless

I first purchased this in July 2018 to replace to original set that I had purchased with my mixer. I loved how it shredded and sliced. While shredding cheese in Feb 2019 the cheese chute just fell off! So i returned it to the original place I purchased it from and they replaced it. I was so happy. Well...last night my replacement did the same thing..... I was just hoping to get another set like I originally purchased in 2003 (was much better quality) but it is "out of stock" so I am assuming they don't make it anymore. Wish there was some way to make the chute attach better to the housing..... I would like to have something to use now....

I bought this for griding my own meats for burgers, meatloaf and meatballs I guess the more I use the machine the better I'll be at it. But for now it's all good
