I didn’t realize this was a refurbished model, it came with a 6 quart bowl and upgrading beater and dough hook. I am very please with this and have used this a lot already

Bought one for the wife in December but on the first use it was slipping and would not even mash potatoes. I called the customer service and they sent another mixer right away! We used the new one for the same task and it had no problems and worked well.
