I was under the impression that I purchased a *Brand New* product. A little miffed finding out now that it's REFURBISHED. Aside from this, it's a good product. I do wish it would reach deeper into the bowl to get more mixed.

I got this as a present. Funny part is I asked for a hand mixer. Also just a note that I needed to adjust the screw so it wouldn't hit the bottom of the bowl. Yes however easy to do & works great!
