Everything is excellent! I would like to give it more stars to void the 1 star review. It has all the power it claims. I use it to kneed 4 giant "dr. Strange loaf" loafs of bread at a time.

I bought this in August. I absolutely love love love my kitchenaid stand mixer. Honestly can't believe it took me sooo long to buy one. Makes cooking go by faster also. It's the greatest kitchen tool!!! Thank you kitchenaid!!!

We had one of the smaller 4qt mixers for more than 30 years. Not only is the 7-qt a larger capacity, it is quieter than any KitchenAid I have ever used. The flap for the attachments is also much better than the removable medallion. Great machine!

I do a few charity bake sales each year and work with 10 other women in my small kitchen to make about 800 mini pies, cakes and cheesecakes in the course of 3 day. My old Kitchen Aid had a much smaller capacity and after 15 years of hard work the beater shaft cracked.So I replaced it with the refurbished 7 Qt. model. We were able to do double and triple batches with ease so this really speeded up our work. I've never purchased a refurbished appliance, but since this came with a 2 year warranty I decided to take the risk. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and everything was just like new. There was nothing about the base or attachments that looked used and it runs perfectly.

My old artisan mixer had a small technical issue, so I called Kitchenaid to see if they could possibly fix it. Instead, they gave me a credit to buy anything I wanted on Kitchenaid.com!!!! Of course, I opted to pay a little extra and get this beauty!! It came in 2 days and is absolutely gorgeous... YOU CANNOT TELL IT WAS REFURBISHED! I almost feel like this was sent by mistake... it's so beautiful! There are NO SCRATCHES, NICKS, BUMPS, NOTHING! Just look at her!! She's so quiet and whips up whipped cream in 10 seconds! I am in awe!!!
