I bought this item 6 years ago. ran great till recently. started leaking oil I called customer service and the lady told me that it might need fixed , she put me on hold. I was on hold for over an hour and then I hung up. I called the next day and got ahold of another lady and she told me to bring it to factory since I live close. I didn't know if these are suppose to leak oil or not. waiting for mine to get fixed, all in all I will buy another one if I have to they are a great mixer
