I bought this for my wife who bakes a lot and this has turned out to be the best tool she has in her arsenal. The stand mixer has made her mixing so much easier and the cakes are so much more fluffy and moist now. This has been the best purchase I have made for her and I can only see more KitchenAid accessories being added going forward.

I bought this on eBay as a Christmas gift for our household. The price was exceptional but the value is GREAT! We can see nothing about our new mixer that doesn't look brand spankin' new. It works beatufully. My wife is thrilled with it!
