We have used this for a couple of months and find that it does a great job. The detentes for the shade settings are a great feature. Gets the bagels and English muffins exactly the way I like without burning them!

Nice toaster, wish it was a little wider as some bread doesn't fit and I have to stand the bread up the other way and the bread sticks out. I have to rotate so it all gets toasted
