Makes very whiny pulsating noise

Since we purchased this refrigerator it spends about half the time making a horrible high pitched pulsating noise. It's driving us crazy. A fan was replaced to no avail. Impossible to get through to customer relations on the phone. Only 2 local service companies - the one that did not fix the refrigerator was not covid vaccinated and refused to wear a mask in our house The other service company is non-responsive - just doesn't return phone calls. Very frustrated.

Like the roominess inside. The deep doors that can hold a gallon container are nice. The freezer section seems small, though. Don't know why. Just had it installed. Might write more in a few months.

wish there were more accessories included. ie, egg tray holder, butter holder. Love that there is an alarm. It has gone off a few times already, letting me know I left door open!

I purchased this fridge because it was the only one available where I live that would fit a 31” wide space. All in all, I am mostly satisfied with fridge, gave it 4 stars because it freezes things near the back of the top shelf… The freezing seems to come from the vent at the top back, I move all forward to avoid freezing. Other than the freezing, I’m very happy with it.

The old fridge was shoe-horned into the famed space. This new fridge is set up excellent inside and is easy to clean around outside. We really like it - thanks GE!
