I FEEL CERTAIN THAT THIS FREEZER IS PERFECT SO GAVE A 5* RATING HOWEVER THE OWNER IS IMPERFECT SINCE I PURCHASED THE WRONG SIZE - AS IN I BOUGHT ONE TOO SMALL!!!! NOW I AM STUCK, AND VERY UNHAPPY. SO I GAVE A 5 STAR BECAUSE I WILL NEVER EVALUATE FAIRLY.

Had a chest type freezer for many years. So hard to find what you need/have stored in it. Since we bought the stand up freezer, finding everything is so easy. This freezer has a GREAT alarm system when the door is left open (some household members just can’t grasp closing the door ALL THE WAY). It keeps everything very cold/frozen.

We replaced a 10 year old Kenmore freezer with this GE freezer. So far we are very happy with the size and quietness of the freezer. It is slightly smaller than our old one, which is a plus in a small utility room.
