Our refrigerator went through two compressors in the first month. Then it turned out to be a broken seal as well. The repair company was great. They dealt with LG which helped. We couldnt get LG to respond to us.

We bought this 10 months ago and have had to have the ice dispenser serviced twice already. The first time the service guy obviously had no idea what he was doing but the second guy was much better. So far it seems to be working much better. Thank goodness it was still under warranty

I love how sturdy and heavy the fridge feels. The most important feature the food stays cold as it should. The craft ice maker is not what we were expecting waiting for a repair person to take a look at it. It is loud the ice balls are not round and often they stick to the ice tray. The knocking feature to illuminate the fridge through the door is an unnecessary feature for us.

Well Ive had the fridge almost a month now and it is a great addition to my kitchen. I love the craft ice although it does take a while for it to make. The regular ice maker seems to have a hard time keeping up with demand but it has been quite hot lately so demand has been high. Also like the black stainless steel because magnets dont stick to it . Lots of room inside and the water filter is a snap to change out. Still trying to get used to not having protruding handles on the doors but these things take time. All in all I am quite satisfied with this purchase.
