I just bought this and it is so quiet and I love the 9 speeds so that when you start the mixer the batter does not fly everywhere

I bought this mixer 3 weeks ago and have enjoyed it immensely. It is well built the accessories are all well built and do the job that they were designed for with efficiency. Very pleased with this product.

I tried to order on the Kitchenaid website several times and had the page get stuck at the very end time after time. I discovered that the only way to place an order was by calling customer service. A day after the order my card was charged. All seemed good. A week went by and my order didn't arrive. Then another week. I called customer service and was told that my order had shipped. Another week went by. I called again and was told the same thing. Then they did more checking. It seems my order got lost or stuck in their system. It couldn't be filled and it couldn't be cancelled. In the meantime, the price jumped on the item. Customer service finally called the fulfillment center and had the order filled manually. It took over a month, but I finally got what I ordered. My card ended up being charged twice but one of the charges dropped off before it became an issue. If you are in a hurry, buy from some other source.

I have been wanting a K.A. hand mixer forever. I wasn't sure how much I would use it because my big mixer is on the counter ready to go all the time. I love the power the 9-speed mixer had and it is so light weight. I also love the bag it comes with to hold all the attachments. I have used this a lot more than I thought I would. Makes whipping up a cake so quick and easy with fast clean up.
