I bought this mixer to make pizza dough and I can mix /knead my dough in minutes verses 20/30 minutes by hand. This is by far the best stand mixer on the market.

I purchased a new Kitchenaid Stand Mixer a few weeks ago, I still own my original KitchenAid mixer that is over 40 years old, but wanted to purchase a new one that was a different color. I'm sure that it will last as long as my original. KitchenAid appliances just keep working, year after year. They are amazing products
