I had a Kitchenaid mixer for 19 years and swore that I would never get another kind of mixer. My husband knew that and last year bout me a new one for Christmas. I couldn’t be more pleased. These are extremely dependable mixers and Kitchenaid customer service is awesome also. I do a lot of cooking for my church as well as for my family. I probably use this mixer 3-5 days a week and know when I go to it, it will do what I need it to do regardless oh my expectations. Love it.

My daughter gave me a mixer for last Christmas and although I noticed a squeak in it, with my bad hearing, it wasn't until it got really loud that I called in to get help. They heard it immediately through the phone and sent me a replacement. Probably the most positive customer service experience I have ever had. Will definitely keep buying Kitchen Aid products.

Our 15 year old KitchenAid mixer died. We had to continue the legacy and get the same, only this one had updated features. We enjoyed to dependability of our previous one. Why change. So we did not.
