The GE Profile Opal Nugget Ice Maker Dispenser is a must have for entertaining, as well as everyday use. It uses a Wi-Fi app that allows you to schedule the ice. That is just brilliant! It requires no water hookup and can make ice in less than 30 minutes. It is compact and portable, so it is convenient to move, if needed. And who doesn't like the little nugget cubes. The dispenser is a very nice feature, so a scoop isn’t needed. I highly recommend it.

My guests fell in love with it and are looking to purchase one. The fact that it requires no water hookup and can make ice in less than 30 minutes is amazing. It is compact and portable, so it is convenient to move, if needed. And who doesn't like the little nugget cubes. The dispenser is a very nice feature my current ice maker doesn’t have. I highly recommend it.

Best ice maker I have used! There was nothing like that soft chewable restaurant opal ice until I used this ice maker. You don't even need to add the ice to a drink, just eat it plain and it makes the perfect little opal ice nuggets. The ice maker itself is super easy to use. It tells you exactly what it is doing on the front display such as making ice, ice bin is full, or even when to add water. The side water tank is very helpful. You fill up the tank and it decreases the amount of time you would normally take to refill the water reservoir. While making the ice, you can't even hear it like a regular freezer makes ice. After adding the water, the ice is made within about 20 minutes, and starts making fresh ice after dispensing and the ice bin gets too low. The installation of the side water tank was very easy and the instructions were very clear. I would highly recommend this ice maker to anybody!

If you love ice as much as I do then you understand when I say that this machine makes "good ice". It tastes so good and crunches perfectly. This ice machine was so perfect for our small Superbowl party. I love that this machine has a dispenser and I do not have to worry about dipping ice or people putting their hands in there to scoop ice out. The dispenser keeps everything so sanitized and clean. This machine was very easy to set up and use. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. The size of this ice machine is perfect. It fits perfectly on my countertop and doesn't take up much room. I love that it doesn't look big and bulky. This ice machine definitely has some weight to it. The downfalls about this ice machine is that it takes a while to make a full bin of ice. It also doesn't make a lot of ice. It filled up about a half a gallon size freezer bag before it was empty and started making ice again. So I would definitely recommend this for smaller gatherings or just for at home use. I really like the side tank accessory. This makes it where I don't have to constantly fill up the reservoir and it will automatically do it for me. Another great thing about this ice machine is the touch screen. I really like how user friendly it is and that it can be used even when the machine is off. This is a really great product to have and I highly recommend it.

Everyone in the house, from the kids to the dogs, loves crunching ice. The ice in our freezer is hard and stinky (and the water line leaks),so this has been perfect. It makes perfectly crunchable ice and makes for way better fancy drinks. The speed of making is awesome, making this perfect for get togethers as well!
