This ice maker is awesome. This is one of those products you didn’t know you needed. It makes the good ice. That perfect crunchy ice. It was easy to set up and and connect through the App. This was the perfect addition to my bar.

I had to say everybody needs to get one of these machines because oh my God it is the best you don’t have to go to a store anything no more because you have a very own ice machine in the Best Wine Omai goodness and my kids fight on who’s gonna set it to make the eye so easy to do package well it’s great

There isn't anyone who has ever come to our house who didn't want a cold something along with a healthy serving of this ice. It's an addicting, non fat, zero calorie magic maker. Makes an incredible amount of ice faster than we can decide what we are pouring over it. It's very easy to use once you've got it placed and plugged in. Bigger than your average small appliance but well worth the space it takes up on the counter top.

So I just picked this up recently and so far, I can’t complain. Setup was a breeze, though I will say the directions are kind of vague. I like the fact that this can be used with or without the additional water tank. They ice come out perfect and the machine gets to work right away, quickly producing ice. The machine comes with a Bluetooth app which is just meh, not much functionality. My only issue with the machine is when using it without the tank, it’s rather inconvenient to add water to the internal reservoir. Overall, this is a solid product which I’m glad to have added to my home bar.

Years ago our refrigerator waterline broke in the attic, and it's too much of a pain to go up and fix, so we have been buying and hauling bags of ice home. The GE Profile Opal ice maker is the perfect tool to fix all that. Getting the ice maker up and running is super simple. Most of the work was in cleaning the reservoir and side water tank for the first time. After that I could hear ice dropping within 15 minutes of starting the ice making process. The ice maker runs with very little noise. I was able to sit at the kitchen counter for work video meetings while it was running. The only negatives I have about the ice maker are in the instructions. Trying to figure out what "filter screen" to remove and replace with the water filter took some investigative skills and a flashlight. I've included a picture of where the filter goes (the filter screen to remove would be to the left side of the reservoir. It is very teeny). The instructions also do not mention removing the water line from the side tank to empty when cleaning, and only mentions removing the other line. I couldn't figure out why the reservoir would not fully drain because of this. Know you know, though, so all will be smooth for you! Highly recommend due to great quality ice! No more lugging heavy bags of ice that melt before getting home or cause huge chunks that can't be broken up. No more wasted money, time, and effort to have great ice!
